Hydro Jetting & Hot Jetting

High-pressure hot water jetting that scours grease, sludge, and buildup out of commercial drain and sewer lines. It is our go-to for restaurants and kitchens.

Hot jetting uses pressurized hot water to blast the inside of a pipe clean, all the way to the pipe wall. Unlike a cable auger that punches a hole through a clog, jetting removes the grease and scale that the clog was built on, so the line stays clear longer.

For restaurants and commercial kitchens, this is the difference between a drain that backs up every few weeks and one that runs clean for months. We have been doing this work across Greater Philadelphia since 1986, and it is one of the reasons the region's busiest kitchens keep us on speed dial.

Signs Your Lines Need Jetting

  • Drains backing up during or right after busy service
  • Slow floor drains and floor sinks in the kitchen
  • Recurring clogs that a cable snake only fixes for a week or two
  • Foul grease odors near drains
  • Gurgling from multiple fixtures at once
  • Grease trap overflowing or draining slowly

What Builds Up in Commercial Lines

  • Grease and fats cooling and coating the pipe walls
  • Food solids and starches compacting into the line
  • Soap and detergent scum
  • Mineral scale in older pipes
  • Root intrusion in outdoor sewer runs

Repair or Replace?

When Repair Makes Sense

Most greased-up or scaled lines can be fully restored with jetting. If the pipe is structurally sound, jetting plus a video inspection to confirm it is clean is usually all you need, and it is far cheaper than digging.

When Replacement Is the Better Call

If a camera shows the pipe is cracked, collapsed, or root-invaded to the point jetting cannot hold, spot repair or a section replacement is the honest fix. We will show you the video so you can see exactly what we see before you decide.

What Affects the Cost

Every job is different, so we give you a clear price before we start. A few things that affect what a job costs:

  • Length and diameter of the line
  • How severe the buildup is
  • Whether a camera inspection is included
  • Access to a cleanout
  • Whether the work is scheduled or an emergency call

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should a restaurant jet its lines?

It depends on volume, but many busy kitchens do it on a scheduled preventive basis (for example, quarterly) so they never get a backup mid-service. We can look at your line on camera and recommend an interval.

Is jetting safe for older pipes?

In most cases yes. We match the pressure to the pipe. If a line is fragile we run a camera first and adjust, or recommend a different approach rather than risk damage.

Will you show me the line is actually clean?

Yes. We can run a camera before and after so you can see the pipe wall for yourself. No guesswork, no upselling.

Do you offer emergency jetting?

Yes. We answer 24/7. A backed-up kitchen loses money by the hour, so we prioritize commercial emergencies.

Backed-Up Kitchen Line?

Get your drains flowing clean again. Scheduled service or 24/7 emergency response.
