Drain Cleaning

Slow or clogged sink, tub, shower, or floor drain? We clear it, and if it keeps coming back, we find out why.

A clogged drain is one of the most common calls we get, and most are cleared quickly. We handle kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, tubs, showers, and floor drains. We skip the harsh store-bought chemicals that damage pipes and clear the line mechanically instead.

If a drain keeps clogging, that is a sign of something more than a one-off blockage, like grease buildup or a pipe issue. In that case we can camera the line and fix the real cause, so you are not plunging the same drain every month.

Signs You Have a Clog

  • Water draining slowly or standing in the sink or tub
  • Gurgling sounds as water goes down
  • Bad odors coming from a drain
  • Water backing up when you run the dishwasher or washer
  • A drain that clogs again soon after clearing
  • More than one drain acting up at once

Common Causes

  • Grease and food in kitchen lines
  • Hair and soap in bathroom drains
  • Foreign objects flushed or dropped in
  • Mineral scale in older pipes
  • A deeper main or sewer line issue

Repair or Replace?

When Repair Makes Sense

Almost every drain clog is simply cleared, no replacement involved. We remove the blockage and confirm the line runs freely.

When Replacement Is the Better Call

If a drain clogs over and over, the pipe may be damaged, bellied, or heavily scaled. A camera shows us, and if a pipe repair is the real fix, we tell you plainly rather than keep charging to clear it.

What Affects the Cost

Every job is different, so we give you a clear price before we start. A few things that affect what a job costs:

  • Which drain and how easy it is to reach
  • Severity of the clog
  • Whether cabling or jetting is needed
  • Whether a camera inspection is warranted
  • Emergency versus scheduled service

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I use a store-bought drain cleaner first?

We do not recommend it. Chemical cleaners can damage pipes and often only partly clear the clog. Mechanical clearing is safer and more complete.

Why does the same drain keep clogging?

Repeat clogs usually mean buildup in the line or a pipe defect that was never addressed. A camera inspection finds the cause so we can fix it once.

Can a clog in one drain affect others?

If the blockage is in a shared branch or the main line, yes. When several drains act up together, we check the larger line, not just the one fixture.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes, 24/7 for backups that cannot wait.

Drain Backing Up?

We clear it and find out why it happened. Scheduled or 24/7 emergency service.
