Service & Installation

Your remote is not working...

The fix may be as simple as replacing the batteries in your receiver box.  Most times there are 4 AA batteries which are more likely to need replacement before the hand held transmitter battery.

My pilot light will not light...

When is the last time you had your fireplace cleaned and serviced?  Often times dust, pet hair or cobwebs could be the culprit clogging your pilot line.  Our technicians are trained to properly clean your unit and can show you how to prevent this in the future.

You have picked your perfect unit and are ready for install...

Once you know what you want, our expert technician can schedule to visit your home and go over any details and provide a formal install cost.

My unit is still not working...

If you have had you unit cleaned and service and there is still an issue, our technicians can determine if it is a thermocouple, pilot assembly or gas valve and in most cases have replacement parts handy on the truck.
